Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Colorado Mesa University, a Master of Divinity from the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary, and was ordained by Heart of Junction Church (SBC) in Grand Junction, CO.
Nick and his wife, Cerena have a long history of involvement in collegiate ministry and church planting, both in Colorado, USA and Alberta, Canada. They and their three children moved to Los Angeles early in 2012 to join First Evangelical Church Arcadia as the Next Generation Pastor.
Nick is a bibliophile and sipper of fine teas. He enjoys regular workouts at the gym, watches entirely too many films, plays the occasional video game, is a closet news junkie, and often makes forays to the park with his family. Fascinated by design, craft, and culture, he’s always looking for ways to engage the San Gabriel Valley generatively and creatively as a follower of Jesus.
