We will meet on the east central lawn of the park. Parking lot in the south is limited to three hours. Street parking is also available.

Every day, more than 800 children under 5 die from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and unsafe hygiene practices.

People in the developing world walk an average of 6 kilometers (about 3.7 miles) every day to get water. It keeps them out of school, and it makes them even more vulnerable to kidnapping and trafficking because most of the time, they walk alone.
在發展中國家的人民平均需要步行六公里去打水。這樣令他們無法上學，也令他們暴露於綁架和人口販賣的危險中，因為大部分時間他們都是獨自行走。
And the COVID-19 pandemic has reminded us all about the importance of hand washing for protection against diseases. It’d be hard to wash your hands if you didn’t have clean water, right? Yet that’s what millions of people around the world face.

Every person who signs up for the Global 6K provides lasting clean water to a child in need and removes that barrier from their life, allowing them to pursue the fullness of life that God desires for them.

Not only can you do this, but YOU HAVE TO DO THIS. You can walk, you can run, push a stroller, or even crawl. ANYONE can do this!

In previous years, the youngest participant was a one-year-old and the oldest was 89. Some people walked on their treadmills, at their local trail, or even in their own backyard. Seriously, anyone can do it.
往年最年幼的參加者只有一歲，最年長的到八十九歲。有人在跑步機上走動，或在附近的跑步徑，什至家中的後園。說實話，誰都能夠完成。
